ANCPR HOMERECOGNITION  - UNCONDITIONAL GUARANTEE

We recently received this communication from a member in NY:
"As a member of ANCPR, I wanted to take a moment to write that after 2 and a half years of difficulty in maintaining my relationship with my four children, I filed an application for custody. After surviving numerous motions to dismiss, an appellate stay that was ultimately vacated, and motions to reargue dismissal, the trial finally commenced. In a Decision and Order the New York State Family Court awarded me sole custody of my wonderful children, with legal custody effectual immediately and physical custody to transfer at the conclusion of the school year. I doubt I could have made this happen without the ANCPR Winning Strategies Handbook." P.D., New York

From another member:

Here is an excerpt from another recent communication from a member in South Carolina:
(This case is complicated, and this is what was finally offered to this member as a result of his briefs which he filed using materials supplied by ANCPR.)

"The Chief Attorney for South Carolina Dept. of Social Services has been calling my job for the past three weeks, and finally spoke to me. He basically told me that my Appeal in the Appellate Court was getting to be expensive for him, and that he wanted to know if there was any way that he could resolve the matter. He insists that the fact that there is a matter of custody and visitation violations pending before New York State Family Court would not stick in Appellate Court as a defense to South Carolina having lack of jurisdiction over the matter of child support. He said he received authorization, and offered to cut my child support payments to $75/week(almost $25 less than the original order called for), cancel all arrears, and agree to no increased child support payments for two years, if I agreed to it. I am so thankful that I had the resources in the members only area, as well as the fantastic Winning Strategies Handbook to guide me through this process."  (A member in S.C.)

The following note is from a member in Ohio:
"I just wanted to let you know that the information I obtained from becoming a member of your organization was very valuable to me when I went to a hearing for child support modification. Because you provided me with the family laws for Ohio, I knew what my rights were and I had the confidence to assert them. I took my ex and his lawyer by surprise.  I was great. Instead of leaving the court house feeling abused and like I was some kind of criminal, I left knowing that I presented my case and my rights the best I could. Probably better than a lawyer could have. I did get the modification lowered by $36/month, which may not be much to some but it means a great deal to me.  Thank-you" . ( Member of ANCPR in Ohio)
