I want to apologize.   I didnt mean to stir up trouble in my last post, but I am highly frustrated at the system.  I cant seem to find a common ground or the ideal situation in this custody battle.

Can someone please explain to me how many times must a custodial parent violate an order before a change of custody is warranted.  Why are the courts so lite on this issue?
