I have not seen my son for more than a month now.  The mother is currently living with her lesbian partner and has left the care of my son to his grandmother since birth. Her partner is a green card holder and even before our son was born his mother along with her family are planning to have him adopted by someone in the US.  We have a partial judgement regarding visitation rights, but her family have prevented me since march 11 from even seeing my son, the court even ordered the sheriff to accompany me, but they would say my son is not home.  I fear they may have slipped past immigration and entered the US despite a hold departure order by the court.  Her partners family owns a restaurant in Mooreseville, NC.  That is the only point of reference I know.  I am still getting confirmation from immigration to verify if they have left the Philippines.  But i can feel it in my gut that they already have.  Please help

ok,where are you at? your post is a little confusing. file contempt charges immediately and request an emergency heaing for the basis of not knowing where the child is and the denial of visitation. in the us, no one can adopt a child unless both parents sign off on it, and i am hoping that your name is on the childs birth certificate. i hope this little bit of info helps. good luck, join me at myspace.com/mddadsdeserverights
