… and then suddenly my divorce is immediately transferred from Justice Giacomo to Justice Latia W. Martin… and the world as I knew it ended…
Interestingly enough, I don’t even live in Scarsdale… but that didn’t matter. Justice Martin’s feminist agenda overrode any and all protections afforded by the NY State Constitution , the US Constitution, and in less than 15 minutes into a preliminary hearing, I was ordered to sign a “stipulation” initiated by Justice Martin, the terms of which were dictated by Justice Martin, ordering the immediate sale of my home http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HDtjugInCzA&feature=g-upl&context=G21797cdAUAAAAAAABAA.
I hope all those future law students at Pace who are being influenced and groomed by this judge are made aware of her disregard for rule of law and the 14th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States…

I concur that our so-called “family courts” are, in reality, “child trafficking services” that have been orchestrated by our own (inept and corrupt) government — with help and assistance of the (banker-owned) liberal mass media — that are, and have been for many years, USING Children to commit extortion.

For example, I have no crime record, no driving record, had the same job for over 25 years, got along with my coworkers, don’t take drugs, don’t smoke, don’t have a drinking problem, and yet my family court (nitpick, lie, and falsely accuse) “file” is over a Foot Thick. The professional Liars and thieves used my Daughter to generate approx. $120KKK over a 5.5 year period: after which they attempted to purchase my soul by trying to force me to put my sanity on the line.

The Crooks also got caught making all sorts of false accusation, and altered at least Three different Transcripts.

After I finally realized that NOTHING I said made any difference, and that the people who were involved in my case only Cared about ($ ONE $ Thing), and were willing to tell lie after lie after lie to get it, I decided to walk away and go public with who these people are: i.e. ungodly, atheists, agnostics, and liberal (i.e. Democrats) … and many of whom are Jewish (though in name only). I say that as someone who is not, in the least bit prejudice against Jews, and whose Grandmother was herself of Jewish background.

Depends on the type of case you have. If it is a personal injury case, in most states no retainer is required at all. Generically I would contact your state’s bar association and seek a referral to a lawyer referral program or legal aid.

im a single dad raising 2 small babies on my own…the mother just flat out refuses to live upto the obligation of the court order,refuses to even visit with the children.so i could really care less if they lock her up.i hope they do.she deserves it and if you think otherwise your an idiot and are obviously sour about paying your child support…not only do i not receive child support but i also am required to pay child support on another child from a previous relationship and i am happy to say that i am current and never pay with a grudge.good luck in life

I so agree w/Rik Little,,i myself have been arrested in my home and dragged to jail without my rights being read to me and without ever being offered an attorney,i spent (3)months the first time,(thanks giving ,Christmas and new years)away from my little girl,Who screamed and cried for me to be w/her!!,I just recently served another month without any rights to legal counsel,,My child’s mother is on drugs and and live’s w/her mom and dad,while I have my own home(w/my child her own room),and my now wife being treated like dirt by by her,,I cant help the way the economy is,,why am I being persecuted for being a loving father?How can I join this lawsuit ?Why am I being hated for being a man,,”IT TAKES TWO TO MAKE A CHILD” !!,Why is govt. allowed to be in MY private family business ????
