Bob O’Donnell his father was a judge in Dallas and he appointed child support to his sons company! so he's a snake in the grass too. Robert has had his hands slapped more then once for acting like a attorney and giving legal advice and he is not an attorney. he has in the past gone in Partnerships with several people and always ends up RIPPING them off too! YES HE IS A SNAKE IN THE GRASS! his wife is so ashamed of him she would not even take his name when they got married, Julie Vargo yes the writer and contributor to the Dallas Morning News. This idiot even went as far as to hire an Attorney or two from the Attorney General so he could get the inside track. yes he is a snake in the grass! Just to show how ignorant this guy is he tried to run for city council in McKinney and was blown out of the water. See McKinney is still small enough that if your a CROOK AND AN IDIOT AND A LIAR people do find out! may Robert O’Donnell burn in HELL for the nightmares he has put innocent people through. he has everyone around him FOOLED! including his Father, Wife, Mother, Children and his Attorney. I would venture to say that maybe just maybe some time in the future you will find his picture along side the word CROOK in Websters Dictionary! we can only hope. My fiancee was the sole center of his little girls world from birth until almost a year and a half. The mother went back to work after 3 weeks and made no effort to connect with her child. At a year and a half she got caught cheating and took off with their baby. Up until just late last year, he has been required to pay an obsence amoutn in child support and court ordered to only see his daughter every other weekend, however because of mom's party lifestyle he had their daugther on the upwards of 22 days a month, but she still received a check every 2 weeks. Just recently mom decided to become serious with a man she works with after further sleeping with 5 of my fiancee's friends. She has restricted and removed all time that my finacee has had with his daughter and we have been forced to take her back to court where she will not budge on any additional time and wants more child support and her court costs paid. She has changed the childs daycare w/out his consent, moved to Framingham (in with the boyfriend), refuses to allow my finacee Thursdays and Fridays with his daughter when he has those days off work and would prefer that their daughter is in daycare with a 3rd party. And the most ironic part about the whole thing? They share joint legal custody but she makes all decisions on her own w/out his consent! What gives? We even had several different deputies that served me over the course of that time (for outrageous sums of money that my current attorney couldn't even figure the math out on) tell us that someone needed to have his firm investigated because one of the Judges at the time signing all his orders was a brother-in-law to O'Donnell himself. Funny, but after finally retaining a private attorney I never heard another thing out of him. I think their needs to be a public outcry to have him and his firm investigated because he's "a snake in the grass"; and that's quoting one of the deputies who showed up on my doorstep! When I went to the Dallas County Courthouse to visit with him one time to try and straighten it all out, he had his own little set up where he "dealt" with you so that you didn't have to see a judge (which he didn't recommend since he could take care of it right then) and a sign in sheet longer than a yearly calendar. My own attorney has said that she's not a clue what he bases his numbers off of and he's not quick to return calls if at all. I have all my receipts too, despite him saying I was $300 behind, but yet it was gonna cost me over $2500 to "be caught up and all good" with his firm.......something isn't adding up; except his pocket book. is causing us financial troubles. she keeps wanting more money from us. we own a small buisiness in morristown tennessee and its not doing well at this time. but yet his ex doesnt care . and the sad thing is his ex owns 3 houses , 3 cars , and the kids both have huge go carts , mopads, and lots of other stuff while our son doesnt have anything like that because we cant give him those things because of what we pay her. his ex makes 35hourly at her job. she is getting ready to go to cancun. and she just hired 2 attorneys to fight my husband . one is for more child support and one is for visitation. the sad thing is my husband does not get to see his kids at all because she wont let him . and we had to borrow money to hire attorneys to fight back. we couldnt afford to get a attorney on our own because its taking everything we have to pay the child support. we are about to loose everything that we have worked so hard for . but the state of tennessee doesnt care. they dont care if you have other kids to support. the last time my husband went to court over child support they treated him like he was a murderer. they wanted to know how many cars we had , how many bathrooms we had in our house, how many square foot our house is . and so on . the whole time my husband was telling them that his ex has 3cars and 3 houses and goes on expensive vacations but it didnt matter what she had they said. we need to make a stand in tennessee for fathers that are treated like this . fathers that pay their child support but their exes want more out of spite but dont let dads see their kids. . fathers in tennessee are struggling just to live while their exes are living the high life. tennessee is terrible about not giving a damn about the dads rights. and could care less if they and there new families live in a card board box. if anyone knows how we can get petitions to congress or how we can make a stand for the fathers of tennessee before its to late for them. if we dont the fathers of tennessee that do pay their child child support and love their kids will loose everything they have . if we can get enough people to stand up for their rights maybe we can get them treated fairly in tennessee. we must take action now. if anyone will help please let me know asap so we can talk to get this taken care of . i will be willing to talk on the phone . and to get petitions As for judges, they claim to make sound judgements, but they actually call upon these so called mediators & guardians to evaluate for them. Their decision is based on these mediators & guardians, so that if something bad were to happen based on their judgement, they would state that their decision was based on the so called "trained/certified" mediator, guardian or evaluator. All in all, the bottom line is "greed". Greed by the custodial parent part. Greed not to share their children, so that they control the highest percentage of custody. And with this high percentage of custody, their greed to enforce more child support against the non custodial parent. then there is greed by the attorneys. We all know how they work. The bottom line is the children are put through the ringer of courts and the custodial parents (woman) don't even give a you know what. I wish the federal govt would just cut off the state govt cause the reason why states collect money now is only so they can make more. It's incredible this has gone on this long.... Our founding fathers would be ill if they knew what this country has become. Multiple systems are broke and turning us into “slaves” to American government officials. Laws are written to entrap us under a guise such as “ensuring basic needs of children are met”, “health care”, “Immigration laws”, the list goes on! I currently pay $2200.00 per month and with insurance added and paying for half of all the kids medical bills (two kids) it’s on average over $3,000 per month. While my ex-wife works one day a week at the bar, drives around in a new tahoe, buys her boyfriend new doors and updates to his house, has coach purses, Gucci watches. If I want to fight the system it will cost me at least $10,000 in lawyer fees which I can’t afford because of all the child support I pay I can barely live for a 50/50 chance changing something. I’m utterly embarrassed to be an American right now and how the social system is structured to make slaves of the working class males. This is an outrage. The big question is… WHAT CAN WE DO?!?!
