NEWS RELEASE: FAMILY COURT JUDGES ABUSING POWER, RUINING FAMILIES

Why are there so many troubling cases winding their way through our courts? 

Children are being torn from families by corrupt judges. Civil rights are being violated by judges acting with disregard for the law. Why?

 There are always 2 common denominators:

1)      Activist judges ignoring the law, issuing reckless rulings and legislating from the bench.

 2)      The use of “junk science” in our courts which destroys families. Actions and decisions are being made based on recommendations of unqualified, incompetent pseudo “experts”, appointed and protected by the judge.

 Examples of Judicial abuse of power.

  • Illegally terminating parenting time without a hearing.
  • Showing bias by walking out of the courtroom during evidence and testimony that prove allegations false.
  • Illegally increasing child support retroactively based on the parents’ current wages.
  • Parents who have never missed child support payments have been declared delinquent and charged with a crime.

 

 As a result of these practices, parents once close to children have been separated for years.

 

There are many cases of judges abusing their power with disregard for the best interest of the child. The system itself has been corrupted by money. Michigan counties receive monetary reimbursement under a federal incentive program. Counties compete with each other for this money. Judges have a financial incentive to levy unreasonable child support.

 

On Wednesday, May 3rd, a Landmark case for parental rights will be heard by the Michigan State Court of Appeals. This case is a perfect storm of these elements coming together to destroy and entire family.

 

A crowd will rally for an end to unfair and illegal ruling from judges acting illegally. Legislators are asked to witness the case and see if the court of appeals will do its job and enforce the laws they have written.

    Great news, I wish I could be there, but unfortunately that’s not possible. This is the kind of “strait forward - no-nonsense” language we need to start using whenever referring to the “criminal activity” our courts are involved in.

    Our legislators need to start paying attention to this issue before it becomes more of “worldwide” embarrassment than it already has. Who the hell are we to preach about “democracy” to the rest of the world when our own courts are “recklessly” operating outside the confines of our constitution?

    Operating under the nauseating pretense of the “best interests of children” only demonstrates their willingness to stoop to any level in order to fill their pockets from the public “cookie jar”. It clearly shows that there is “malice” and “forethought” in their deliberate circumvention of the constitution for “personal gain”.

    Their “overt” attempts at covering their tracks by sealing court records, in order to conceal their crimes from the American People is an outrage and is clearly an act of treason. The only way we can insure that this can never happen again is to hold the ringleaders accountable for their crimes of subversion against the people.

    Well expressed Kevin.

    Yes, it would seem an embarrassment to most any “civil” society.

    And it may be that some of the apparent limitations and weaknesses of our present judiciary system are in fact readily recognized by a portion of the bench — perhaps even by some astute scholars within the judiciary. Else, why would some, by my present understanding, strive to avoid these types of cases? And is it any wonder?

    Mega Dollars on the one side to the penny (perhaps even absence of party) for the other – not to mention an absence of time-honed precedent and meaningfully honored obligations of officers of the court for presentment of true facts (let alone material facts) and rightful authorities (as though they even exist or would be respected).

    And what of the influence by state officials via the budgetary arms and/or perhaps even executives for the “politically correct?”

    Oh my, the great temptation to just slug away a few “homers.” The lure to step-up to the plate with “deal bent bats” before an otherwise honorable tribunal for swing, swing, swing . . . And in some cases, perhaps, even via a (sickening) joy of peer supports echoing a constant chatter and/or even lining-up “the bats.”

    . . . certainly, one would think such shames worthy “better works” of our skilled, intelligent and entrusted guardians for Honorable Civil Governance.

    I love reading your comments, but I must admit my “limited” education does not allow me to fully understand your meaning. I suspect that I’m witnessing brilliance but I can’t be completely sure.

    One thing for sure is that either you have completely dazzled me with your brilliance or utterly confounded me with your bullshit. (Smiling from ear to ear)

    In any case, I will continue to grapple with your comments in hope that I will learn more from them. You have a very unique style, at least in my “limited” experience.

    I am a lawyer working in Mahoning County Ohio and I see this kind of thing often. It’s happening right now to a close family friend and we need to know which way to turn. He has kept excellent notes as he has been in this battle for the past 7+ years. Fathers’ continue to get the short end of the stick. We must unite in order to give our children a chance. We can’t leave our children in the hands of money hungry juvenile court employees. I’m trying to help a non-custodial father in a similar situation as he was paying support and still not able to see his daughter, this has been going on for (4) years, and the only progress is that the juvenile court is getting rich.
