Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen case in the news

September 26th, 2007 · 5 Comments

Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen are back in the news again, and folks, this is really bad.  The case shows exactly how it goes in these custody cases, although most of the time it is not reported.   What really fries me in this little snippet below, is the obvious idiocy of the writer.  Notice how Sheen is said to spewing “venom”, when all he is doing is expressing controlled and patient frustration with a mother (Denise) who is obviously insane

The Denver Post - People: McConaughey steps in for Owen Wilson
It just keeps getting uglier in the Sheen-Richards custody tussle, and Wednesday the actress asked a judge to “protect her children” from Charlie, TMZ.com reports.

Denise Richards’ lawyer tells People that Denise “believes that Charlie Sheen has significant personal issues … which require her to take action,” and she wants to stop Sheen’s overnight visits with the kids, Sam, 3, and Lola, 2. The lawyer didn’t specify what those “issues” were.

As usual, Sheen had plenty of venom in return, saying that Richards “behaves as though she owns our children. She does not.  A day of legal reckoning for her is fast approaching.”

An earlier story I saw recently quoted Richards as saying the children were returning from their “visits” with their father “upset”. Tell me, a 3 year-old, and a 2 year-old “upset” with their father?  This should be a prima facie case of mother parental alienation in the works.  Why is it that mothers like this are simply presumed to be acting to protect their children, when in fact she is simply pursuing a case of alienation against the father as a means of revenge and punishment?

When I returned my three year old daughter to her mother she was always upset. Everything was fine but when I put her in the car to take her back she started having a tantrum that did not end until some time after I had left her with her mother. I guess my visitations were upsetting her.

    To MWSchooley -
Sounds like the child didn’t want to be taken from her father.

This story brings back memories. Space does not permit full development of details but as I wrote to the court in 88, ” I can’t decide which is worse my x-wife or the court. She was Sicilian which should tell you a lot right there. I concluded after spending thousands and thousands of dollars in legal fees and having every game in the book played on visitation with complacency, incompetence and outright flagrant sexual discrimination the only thing I was accomplishing was beating myself up and going broke.

My x was sorely guilty of: false allocations; spousal abuse; child neglect and abuse; and was crazy and evil.

Someday I’ll sit down and write a more through report for perusal. By my experience the legal system in MA has no integrity, credibility, Constitutionally illiterate, certainly not reliable, incredibly arrogant and by no means accountable. It is an illusion for a manure pile of human interaction.

It is beyond frustration and pure contempt.

Its a great day that parental alienation (PA) is getting itself on the map of war over the kids. We must be aware of those who have achieved education, status, and position and who work against such ingredients. Among them are Justice for Children which has offices in Houston, Phoenix, D.C., and somewhere in Michigan. Others are the litigious branch of the National Organization of Women, Legal Momentum, and the Stop Family Violence organization http://www.stopfamilyviolence.org where a lawsuit by them can be viewed, filed recently in commemoration of Mothers Day 2007 of all things! They actively in it repudiate the credibility of Parental Alienation and furthermore allege that fathers are all sexual predators and anything a mother claims is the truth!

My daughter and I are the direct victims of Justice for Children. We know the truth. May I ask each of you in your work to include this matter of bringing into credibility PA. It runs rampant as one of the most insidious forms of child abuse and shows itself especially in the context of child custody matters. Also please refer to me ( planetaryg@yahoo.com ) anyone else you encounter who has suffered from and has been victimized by the demented and confused state of mind, today and for the past twenty years, can be described as that of Justice for Children.

And please submit your counter testimonials to the InterAmerican Commission on Human Rights where their lawsuit has been submitted.

Hopefully Charlie Sheen has apparently done no alienation as has apparently Denise Richards. I hope the judge will have the education needed to therefore make a correct decision over thier child.

Denise Richards is just another in a long line of American psychobitches from hell.

Having children who have suffered PAS at the hands of my ex-wife, I can tell you first hand that nationally Family Law Judges will not consider PAS, despite the evidence (exception being NY). The judge in my case categorically refused to allow Dr. Gardner (original researcher of Parential Alienation Syndrome) to testify on my behalf. The road to divorce hell is paved with the malevolent intentions of the Divorce Industrial Complex.
