Movie about injustice in family courts
Just received this:
Dear Supporters,
I hope this email finds you all well.
It has been sometime since our last email and so much is happening. The film
is back and ready for national distribution. On top of that we are finally
at the first step towards the Academy Award Qualifications for 2012 with the
Los Angles Screening booked and ready to see July 11 through the 17th, 2012.
Go to www.supportthemovie.com and click on show times.
Yes Yes that is true. We are screening the film for a full 7 Days at 2
times per day and we have tons of seats to fill. So you guessed it…. we
need your help to do it!
We have been working diligently on this film that tells a story that needs
to be told. It’s something that we feel will make a positive impact on many
lives and the social economics of this great country we live in known as
America.
The land of the free…… or is it?
What really does matter is that the film persuades and shows people that YES
we do have a problem with our current policies.
There are problems with millions of dollars of ERRORS in the child support
system. There are problems with the divorce industry as most of you know it,
and the custody battles or the visitation as “visitors” to our own children.
We can go on and on listing more and more problems. What has been added to
the film now is more on the Parental Alienation and the simple fact that the
custodial parent has more rights than the non custodial parent.
The newer and final version (OMG yes final! lol) contains:
* New never before seen footage and interviews that will shock you.
* Also- are the Judges tainted? Find out when one steps down after we
interview her and found out she was allegedly receiving some form of
incentives the more she sent guys to prison for child support arrears. On
top of that the state even denies she ever worked there….you can be the
judge now!
* We cover the exorbitant amount of money that goes into creating so
called “dead beat dads” at a time when our politicians are looking for
budget cuts and the tax payers are footing the bill.
* We have revisited the way the non-custodial parent is basically
forced out of the child’s lives by having only 4 days a month of parenting
time and becoming a “visitor” in the lives of their own children.
* Who our we really Supporting here ?
* When does the “pay before you play” with your kids ever end?
* Military – We cover the military troops that fight for our freedom
only to come back and find they have been wrongfully named biological
fathers becoming victims of paternity fraud then ultimately stripped of
everything they own while they were away.
We have tried to cover everything including the myth of the dead beat mom or
dad.
Our team continues to strive until show time. All of us have only time to
give and have used all of our own funds to get to this stage.
Now friends it really is up to YOU!
Would you please support us in Los Angeles , July 11-17th, 2011. Tickets

system” then you know we need reform and we need your help to make this
happen.

Every father has a story to tell … but I can tell you my “Court Script” reads like a drama movie and I have all the details on how the lawyers supported by a bias judge tampered with the evidence in Court .. they knew it and did nothing. It implicates all the lawyers from both side sand the financial experts. The wife/mother misleading everything and bribing every one including a member of my own family! ..if any one wants to make a real drama movie please contact me. I have it all and I wrote deliberately to all parties to force them to sue me but no one did! … I have the supporting evidence proving :criminal fraud”. Si have no son now thanks to their colluding efforts to destitute me as a father for financial their financial gains! Divorce Australian Style …
This is a very important film at a critical time in history of the gender civil rights movement. This weekend April 15-17 in Utica NY is the first of its kind Parenting Rights Convention. See leonkoziol.com for details. This will be the planning for a National event in Washington DC next summer. There is an accepted federal lawsuit by nationally famous civil rights attorney Leon Koziol involving all the injustices that this film SUPPORT SYSTEM DOWN explains and as a longtime independent filmmaker and political activist myself each group would be very well benefitted to piggyback on each others publicity in their endeavers. We are about to add a new Constitutional amendment into the mix and the public education SUPPORT SYSTEM DOWN generates is timely, poinient and invaluable in this unprecedented historic battle for reclaiming our children from the Government. Please keep me informed so that I may continue to promote your Film.
Just like Peter says” every Father has a story” and its not a comic stip. I too endured a Knife in the back by the court system that we think is there to help us…wrong. My Kids mother filing for child support while living in the same house with me,the kids Bioligical Dad while I’m paying a morgage on a house we lived in at that time, 2 car payments 1 for her and 1 for me, 2 full coverage insurance for both cars, water bill, electric bill, cable bill and other necessities too many to mention. I was considered a “dead beat” because a woman can go to court and LIE. With liens on my property and treating with jail time, suspension of driving rights….because I can read English, pass my test, pay taxes and most inportant a US Citizen…my rights to drive to take care of myself and I’m Drug and Alcohol free, I had to sell the house and fork over $11,000 thousand dollars Plus monthly payments of over $800 per month. Its been 6yrs and my kids still act cold to me and my payments are not in arrears. Who knows the tainted truth their mothers tells them about me.
I got married to a woman I thought had love to end up in jail for Domestic violence….terroristic threat….a shock to me. She and her kids moved into my 3 family home I was comtemplating buying, after making a deal with the seller. After living there for seven months, I was ordered to leave my home. There was no hearing,no Restraining Order served, but based on what a woman says and the type of judge sitting on the bench or listening to their tainted truth as a man you don’t stand a chance.Did I mention that 4 cops came into my bedroom at 2 am and hauled me off to jail. Up to this day I’m not fond of the police or the courts. These women commmit fraud against the system and social services. There are clerks and social workers who aid them in their fraud and deceit and the judges and lawyers turn a blind eye or maybe they get a cut from the proceeds. When are these judges and lawyers and special interest groups that works behind the scene be held accountable for their deceptive practices. I will support the movie…a must see for me. Its about time that these practices be made to light because as men, non custodial parent we are led to believe we have no Rights…
This sounds like it is going to be amazing! I’ve written a blog post about the movie! Can’t wait to see it!

Perhaps we can organize a benefit screening here in atlanta.
Yes I will support you in this very important cause. There is something wrong with the system, the state is monitoring the dads, what about the mothers? who is minding them? are the support actually going to the children? if your not gonna monitor the mother, then you should not monitor the dads. True, their are dead beats dads, but there are a lot of good dads that do what is right for their children, So when you pay child support either to the mom or the courts that should be up to the parents not the system, every time the system gets involved the system fails everyone, especially the kids.
Explain to me how one survives if all his assets are being taken? and the father who is a paying child support gets it all taken, then loses his job, how is he to continue paying child support? that makes no sense?? something is wrong with the system.
I support your project because I know first hand about this real life situation. I’ve written a movie script that I’m currently producing as a “Reality Movie” titled “Child $upport” which is based on true events from my life. I look forward to seeing your film.
I received an e-mail about a movie of injustice in family court. Where’s the movie?
As a litigant in the “divorce system” myself, I can empathize with all the complaints. However, I am a mother going through this and I have to say that all that you complain of is happening to me. We have joint custody with me having primary residence, but my ex refuses his periods of custody unless they are convenient for him/his work/leisure time. My ex has played many games with his child support in order to try to pressure me into doing what he wants. He will flat out not pay for two months, then pay so the state won’t take the case against him. He does this constantly to the point that my one car has been repossessed and we are going to have to move into a one-bedroom apartment. All this despite me taking the entire debt load and him getting all the assets (100s of thousands of dollars of assets.) I can’t afford a lawyer although a couple have “barely” helped for free. My ex can afford politically connected, experienced lawyer who knows the judge well and went to school with HER (yes, a female judge.) I am permanently disabled according to social security and the system supports and rewards my ex-husband for doing this to his daughter. Injustice seems to go both ways. I have heard numerous mothers complaining of the same thing. Personally, I think there should be no lawyers and no judges and no psychologists and no paid experts allowed in divorces. The two should just go with a mediator and be done with it. But all the bottom-feeders in the system won’t allow for that.
My father is 70 yrs old and just got a bill from the Attorney General’s Office, for 26,000. For unpaid child support. No meeting was had, nothing. Really? We are all grown, my mom is 69, on disability. How can this be happening? My father still works…but why didn’t my mom enforce this YEARS ago, when we, the kids needed the money…not her now that she is broke. I love my mom, don’t get me wrong….What can I do to help my parents?
I can relate my whole life was turned upside by the injustice and regulations of the family court system in Texas. I have not seen my daughter, yet I have 50 50 custody. I filed for divorce and yet got screwed by a one sided system.
The courts refused to believe the truth, testimony of police officers, results of a lie detector test that only I took and passed my ex refused to take one, was jailed on false charges filed even while I was at work and even was sitting at the police station in one instance while my ex was making a a false report to 911 the dispatcher could not believe what she was hearing and yet that incident was not allowed in court on my behalf. My daughter is now seven and I have missed all these important years in her life.
