Draconian Feminist Sentencing Destroys a Woman
Excellent example of what happens when you abandon age old principles of justice, such as has happened in family courts in much of the developed world.
Michelle Taylor got drunk one night and allowed a 13-year old boy to fondle her breasts.
She was charged with the crime of committing lewdness with a minor (a charge which feminists in Nevada had recently been part of having the legislature change the sentence for, in an attempt to fight the bugaboo of “sexual predators” – i.e., as a means of having men who were slandered by their wives in custody battles locked up permanently), she was tried, and convicted.
Now she appears at her sentencing “hearing” with only one possible sentence: life in prison.

Outrageous & Disgusting! We have these feminist scumbags and those that enable writing laws designed to attack falsely accused men? Criminals writing laws for criminals? AMERICA needs to WAKE UP and cleanse our land of these socialist/liberal scum if we are to restore our country to any level of greatness and decency. I myself saw how ugly and lawless the courts have become when the judge and mediator violated their own rules, the law they claim to uphold and disgraced themselves with total lies when they got my X-wife off the hook for a contempt charge just 2 days ago.
Mark:
This country’s decline from “greatness & decency” is not the result of liberals or socialists. It is the result of living the (American) dream of bias notions of privilege and dominance.
If only in my mind, what would be liberal, progressive, and SOCIAList is empowerment cautious of the trap of becoming abusive forgetting and disregarding the painful, personal experience.
Feminists’ views of equality are as conservative is are that of chauvinists. What changes is the sex, not the ideology of power, dominance, and superiority.
Regretably, when an injustice exists, the law and its offices are obligated to tow the line. Another example, and a common one, so I’m learning, has to do with support issues. The obligatiion and subsequent enforcement to pay child support goes without the equal enforcement and supervision of the agencies authorized to collect. In court, support collection agenciesy are free to present their own self-interest of collecting addition fees, penalties, etc dependant on the amount owed and/or the descretion of the courts or of imposing threats of imprisonment, for example, for contesting & challenging the proceedure, the agencies, including the courts, or the law?
In New York the collection agency is entitled to add 50% of any arrears as its fee. This is above and beyond their annual operating budget. That’s fifty-cents on the dollar! Why would they pass up an increase in their fees and collect support debts?

@Texas Family Law: You lawyers are the main problem. You all know that the system is a mess. But none of you have the guts to stand up and say so. All you do is advertise and make money off the victims. Whats shame!!!
