One of the worst developments in modern society is the criminalization of parents for debt. The damage done by these mindless and evil “do-gooder” idiots in Human Services who have foisted these Soviet styled child support laws that serve to prop up the family destroying unilateral divorce laws on every family in America that comes before a family court is impossible to adequately calculate.
CLEVELAND, Ohio — An aggressive effort to collect child support from deadbeat parents is paying off in Cuyahoga County.
cuyahoga-prosecutor-logo.jpgThe Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office and Child Support Enforcement Agency collected a county record of $1.86 million last year from parents facing prison time for criminal nonsupport. And 184 new cases were opened in 2009 that could lead to another record-breaking year.

I agree with the writer…these idiots in Human services are mindless and evil. And listening to them collect money for children shows them as cold & bloodthirsty.
Never mind the destruction they ( HS ) are causing the parents, mostly fathers, of these children they PRETEND to care about. The real criminals are in HS. The true deadbeats!

In order to complete the plan for the new super state which will eventualy be given the task of running the regular day to day business of the elitists machinery from the UN. The North American Union’s main task will be to assume responsibility for the maintenance and care of millions of children. Teenagers and young adults who will be processed into categories from most desireable to least. The newly created US health care program along with its new powers will be in charge of dumbing down the populace, dispatching the new eugenics vaccines and continued programs of the old third reich by the present day Bildeberg’s new world order. It is no wonder that the present day allienation of parents from their children by making fathers (in particular) slaves to the state through unjust and unfair child support awards to mothers and others. Who are clearly being use as pawns (as their eyes pop out) when they see how generous this new super state has been in reaching down into the muck and mire of their everyday lives to lend a hand. And put beligerent and otherwise despicable men behind bars and force them into subjugation and estrangement from their children, while the mothers and other caretakers reap the benefits of their forced labor. This new form of mind control ($)directed at the children and mothers ,too ignorant, to wake up and see the debilitating and dangerous effects it has not only on the fathers of these children but especialy on the children -most of whom- are eventualy placed on mind altering halucinegetics to dumb them down by the newly expanded healt care program to the likes of prozac and others. Mind control ($) will be the way to remove the father child connection from the picture (much like Hitler did) in order to control the masses of children and other youths to feed them into the machinery of the new world order. The trilateral plan will be to remove the man from the family by dumbing him down(debt slaves) in order to eslave him and eventualy break him, to remove God from the classroom and the life of the children and thirdly to destroy the constitution of the US as we knew it. Having achieved these goals the plan will move unto its following stages of complete world domination and subjugation of the masses by the few. Mothers that are now reaping the rewards of the state sponsored marxist enslavement of men and allienation of men from their children will also be made eventual slaves of the state. As in time they too will no longer be needed since the new eugenics program will have taken full speed and can perform on its won from the host of dna readily available from the masses of young hosts that have been cleansed of undesireables to form a new species of man.

Jail time for non-payment of child support, eh? No other area of credit law imposes such drastic, and medieval punishment for non-payment of debt, including loss of your driver license, loss of your professional license, loss of your passport, loss of your hunting license (in Arizona), etc.

I think anyone who refuses to pay their mortgage, or their credit card, should be given jail time until they pony up!
If anyone is unaware that these systems, in the 50 heretofore United States of America, were a now nearly 40 year dry-run for these God-forsaken Marxists for everything that they are now doing their best to foist upon us, I’d prefer not to meet the poor imbecile. Educating them would take more patience than I could muster. Draconian does NOT even come close to describing the destruction this unconstitutional system has caused to families, children, fathers & men in general, even when they are not fathers. Destruction of the family as the primary governing unit of society has always been their goal. No fault divorce, abortion on demand, moving from the stigma of “unwed mothers” to the excoriation of “deadbeat dads”. I am working to pay Child Support ON MYSELF!
How. Well, my MOM COLLECTED child support. She wouldn’t let us See DAD. She hid us with Relatives and TOLD us he was DEAD. She swore he didn’t pay a DIME to anyone who would listen. Funny. AT 19 I discovered he not only Was alive…..he had been trying to have some contact since my Mother decided to Divorce him out of the blue. So I moved where He was and Wow a whole world opened up. Now I am 24. The state of Texas is STILL Making him pay my mother. I have called them! My Mother agreed to Pay Me some of the CHILD support to help with school. DAD has sent Big checks. So far I have recieved Nothing from my Mother. I have no RIGHT to a dollar taken from my Father. So he was not paying what he DOESNT OWE (remember i am an adult) Fast ENOUGH and he has lost his Drivers licence. Without it He can’t work. So if he does not make payments Now he goes to Jail. So You guys are Draining ME to keep my Father out of Jail So you can Steal money For my Mother to DRINK and Party on. Nice system.
Oh and Dad did not ABANDON us. Mom decided she was Gay. Dumped us off with Grandma and has played the victim every since. DONT EVER SAY CHILD SUPPORT TO ME……………..CHILD ROBBERY is what you could call it. Not only did it take my childhood and my Future….now it is trying to steal my Dad from me AGAIN!
I admit the system needs to be cleaned up a bit especially with these stories of mothers “partying up” with the Child Support Payments. There are a lot of Good mothers out there struggling because of True Dead Beats and yet the way the laws are they do give quite a bit of lieniency before enforcing jail/loss of professional/drivers license. It seems as though the Dead Beats has more rights than the children/mothers in my eyes.
I truely do not like nor trust my sons father because of the amount of abuse and most recent kidnapping; but I also know the impact of not knowing both biological parents since I didn’t know my father until adulthood. In my situation not knowing him was a good thing since he was and individual of low morals/ethics.
My son’s father was found in contempt just recently for non-payment Child Support and will be doing 30days if payment not made by 23 Nov. The closer we get to that date I fear he will take my son again and yet visits still procede. I know he’s able to make these payments since he’s already invested $20,000.00 in an attorney, so I show no forgiveness nor will I when it comes to payment.
Every case is different and each State is different as well. Divorce/Separation is nasty but it should never effect the child yet it does and that is sad.
How am I supposed to tackle this mountain? I payed 300$ a month (documented) child support to my daughter’s mother while we were going through our court affairs. After saying she was not going to involve the courts in our lives, I receieve a letter in the mail for the start of over a year long support battle. The Judges decision (which was nothing but a calculation based of each party’s earnings) was to award my ex with 850$ a month for 1 child. As if the sum wasn’t already outrageous, she was also awarded back child support to the moment of our seperation (we were not married). I had only documented the money I was giving her each month since finding out she was taking me to court, so I STARTED my official court ordered child support with over $28,000 in child support debt… STARTED!!! Mind you at the time I was in my 6th year of my military service and making only $2200 a month in salary. I am now unemployed and making a meager living off of my G.I. Bill while going to school full time for my B.A. Imagine my joy at finding out I have a warrent out for my arrest in the state she resides in for back child support, and she is drawing me into the state with a civil suit for imagined property of hers that I no longer have (a camcorder and a Playstation) in order to have me arrested. Harm born of ignorance is bad, but never has there been an easier way for a sociopath like my ex to completely cripple a man (and enjoy it… this is no exageration) than there is now with the current child support system. And on the custody side of things, we have joint custody at the discretion of both parties, which means that it has been totally legal for her to not allow me to see my child for over a year and a half. Current submittals to have support and custody modified are in place, I have been awaiting a court date for some time now. This is just a recount of my personal experience pertaing to this matter. Take from it what you will…
Revolution and civil war seems to be the only answer… Lets see them have no choice, During the Civil rights movement in the 60′s the only thing that got attention of the goverment was the violence not the peace talkers. You have too have both to get attention. The peace marchers got the credit but they also got the beatings and were hosed down. This was acceptable behavior from our government. Until they the lost of control was evident . Thats the only thing yhey understand.
This is the stupidest thing i ever heard of. let me get this straight, they will lock you up for not paying child support, keep adding to the amount you owe while you are locked up and won’t let you out to you pay. And this is legal?
child support is legal theft.the government used to steal from my family and it took 2 years of court hearings and the foreclosure of my house to get the government off our backs.the first thing you need to do to fight back is to vandalize a child support workers car.if every one who is a parent did this they might get the hint that nobody wants them running our families.government cant fix this problem because government is the problem.look at how the gov runs everything they are trusted with(social security,medicare,the national debt,federal reserve bank,the defence budget,fema,dea,fda,fbi,cia,general motors,aig,the bank bailouts,ect.)and you can see why i have a problem with those idiots running my family.im at war with the department of human slavery and ill take no prisoners or accept surrender
Everyone that knows, or has seen, all of this knows it is true. How to change it? I suppose you could “rebel”. In the end, however, you, and I, and all of us simply need to show up at the “committee” meetings about child support, and other government meetings, and complain or explain to our elected officials. We have all been “silent” for too long. Speak out and be heard!
This is a good idea and it works? I had my sone at 19 his father 27, he wanted nothing to do with either of us, his suport order was 149.00 dollars a month. He didn’t pay for 5 years. I had him put in jail, the procutor was not happy with me when i called saying that was ment for fathers who owed hundreads of thousand. He spent 3 days in jail and he has paid for the last 11 years. He took a job over the table. Their are 3 typs on non paying dads, the one who is down on his luck and out of work of or a teen. Give them 2 years and some help before jail time. Their is the dad like Joe who works under the table and won’t pay untill he is forced, this is the kind of dad jail time is for. Then their is the true to form deadbeat the one who will never pay anything, jail is for him to, Because if the mother was not providing she would also go to jail and it takes two to tango and 2 to make that baby. Jail may reform him with time.
This show was not for “somebody”. This show was for EVERYBODY! If you have made it out of the first grade then you have wronged someone else. If you survived that initial school experience someone has “wronged” you. Choosing to forgive (and you may have to “practice” forgiveness do it over and over until you find you have no more emotion about the original wrong) is the ONLY way to have a peaceful and successful life.
