Father Suing State’s Child Welfare Agency | theledger.com | The Ledger | Lakeland, FL
A Lakeland man once accused of sexually abusing his daughter is suing the Florida Department of Children and Families, saying it failed to properly investigate the case.
William Dunn, 44, said he is suing the agency because the allegations were false and took away his daughter for almost a year. A judge returned Dunn’s daughter to his custody two years ago.
ANCPR Says:
This case really shines a light on how egregiously insensitively and malisciously bureaucrats can sometimes act towards the very children they are committed to protecting. All these agencies really need to step much more carefully before stripping a child of her father based on the flimsiest of evidence.

It would be great if you could take a look at it and tell me what you think. Thanks !!!!!
Have there been any federal or state cases, that a man has sued a state agency for a either false or unverified allegation of paternity (violation of substantive due process) without any supported evidence and/or suppression of evidence by a state child support agency?
if so, which court and damages?
