Horror and alarm at fathers rights protest
November 10, 2008 | Posted by ANCPR Westminster The husband of Harriet Harman, the Deputy Labour Leader, described his horror, alarm and distress at what he thought were burglars trying to break into his home, who turned out to be fathers’ rights protesters.
Jack Dromey, the Labour Party treasurer, told the City of Westminster Magistrates’ Court in London that he had been woken at the family home in Herne Hill, southeast London, in June by loud thumping as two Fathers 4 Justice campaigners, Jolly Stanesby and Mark Harris, both from south Devon, climbed up on to the roof of the house dressed as comic book heroes to make a demonstration.
Mr Dromey said the thumping “led me to conclude to my horror that somebody was trying to break into our house. Our home was invaded, a matter of alarm and distress.”
The two men have pleaded not guilty to a charge of harassment. Mr Stanesby has also pleaded not guilty to a charge of failing to follow a police officer’s instructions. The case was adjourned until next Wednesday.

Let’s take out the emotion. These men entered the property of another, at night, and without permission. They were directed by officers to remove themselves. They refused. If they intend breaking the law have the guts to go to prison, accepting it as a consequence of their actions.

These individuals appear quite happy to attack our freedoms through their policies, have no qualms to come into my house and remove myself from my children, have me arrested in their fair and just society. No accountability to anyone and a bit of peacefull protesting and they claim victimhood.

Labour are past masters at distorting the truth and to call a peaceful protest harassment is ridiculous. I hope the jury sees through this attempt of preventing fair protest and sets the two fathers free. The worst that man hater Harman and her husband had to put up with was media attention.

This is awesome, a totally new approach — the first ever politicizing of the Father’s Rights movement and I love it.
This is an approach which should perhaps be adopted in England.

Double Dipping Mother
CSEA (Child Support Enforcement Agency) has harassed, allowed and also has the courts enforcing my Ex to double dip monetarily. By the CSEA formula the children should receive support at 740 a month. My kids already receive about 1100 in child support in the form of adoption subsidies. All CSEA said they would do is figure it into her income (self-preservation). Even though we had both adopted them and have shared parenting. Their formula will still enable her to abuse the system, I will still owe 4-500 a month. My Ex will get 1600 when CSEA says she should get 740.
I have just lost my job of 19 years. The lack of rules and laws that govern the CSEA made me destitute. The (CSEA) have driven this Dad to relinquish his house and file for bankruptcy with no remorse. When going into the CSEA building for Lorain County there is a BIG sign stating FATHERS HAVE RIGHTS [What a Joke!!]. A father should have civil rights be able to live a half way decent life and be able to not be thrown into poverty. I live now in the basement with my sister.
Ex is receiving 1100 and 900 because CSEA put me in arrears, totaling 2000. I lose my house, bankruptcy and now job. No one cares I have e-mailed the Senator, Representative, Governor, Washington, CSEA, Newspapers, Television, Radio and too many more to remember. I am trying to Ad Populum, because hopefully in the future someone might not make the same mistake I did marrying someone who uses the system.

EXAMPLE- In 1990, Lockheed employee and divorced father Bobby Sherrill was captured in Kuwait and spent nearly five harrowing months as an Iraqi hostage. The night after his release Mr. Sherrill was arrested for not paying $1,425 in child support while he was a hostage. [lack of governing laws]

It seems the legislators and Judges have eliminated every constitution right that has been guaranteed. Judges has done this by the invention
of some device. The family court system now micro manages and financially terrorizes the lives of of tens men. An example of this is they have change the definition of a debt to an obligation. 13th Amendment violation. In order to collect huge sums of money from men, many living in poverty. They have created national data bases to persecute men for private family debt and have enforce cruel and unusual punishment in the form of continual hounding and jail sentences. The list of constitutional violations are on and on. They have become so intrusive is is time to petition them to exit the family.
