One reason that a judge can discriminate is that the judge only ackowledges or listens to the woman in most cases true or not. They do not care if the best interest of the child is with the father as long as child support can be instituted to the father. I have completely lost faith in our legal system for that reason. Color does not make a difference only your gender.

One reason that a judge can discriminate if the judge has an attitude,is because custody evaluations as Ira Turkat says don't have enough scientific research to support them. so a judge can approve of a custody evaluation or ignore it based on the judges own attitudes

I am completely amazed by the laws today… where is the help for the fathers… i dont think that it is right for a woman to raise her children on her own.. but if the father has the children half of the time why are they being forced to pay for the mother’s half too..

I am convince that Judges definately do not take into consideration fathers. Hello, I would love to see how they behave on “father’s day”. My husband has faithfully paid his ex-$87K. He recently had an accident and requested that his child support payments be reduced. The judge had no heart and said no. Where is justice in this Country. Woman are getting away with too much and all for the love of money. I am also a divorced mom and receive child support, but when the check doesn’t come around I wait until it does. I don’t waiste my time dialing child support tp ask them to harrass my ex-husband. God doesn’t like ugly. This country has lost all its principle and especially those judges.

i think she is right. judges do discrimater agaist fathers i would no because i am a child stuck with my mother because courts in new jersey favour moms.
but what i think everyone is missing is what the effect on kids is.
were the one who have to deal with the judges dissicion and no one even bothers so ask us what we want to do.

Judges are not as incompetent and ignorant as many people think.

Whether or not they pity the women who seek custody of their children in a divorce has nothing to do with it. They give the women custody in order to plunder the father for so-called child support, legal fees paid to their fellow attorneys, and in order to keep their jobs.

Any book attempting to expose these criminals is a good thing, but I think the author is missing the boat. It’s not ignorance or incompetence … it’s criminal.

These judges know …*exactly* … what they are doing and are profiting from it at the cost of the lives of many of their victims.
