Well you have to have a license to drive a car, own a gun, but not to have a child. Although women liberalists will argue every woman has a right to bear children, I disagree. If a woman truely loves her child she will not deny the father visitation for their sake not hers unless there is true physical abuse. In this case she was mental, but to me that doesn't excuse killing her children. If she appeared mental to neighbors there had to be further neglect that someone should have surely reported. None the less, I feel if a woman denies visitation she should lose custody immediately if proven. Even if the court battle needs to occur, give the children to the other parent until the outcome is determined. That is with proof of course. When someone refuses a drug test, that should be the first clue for the court to order immediate removal of the children. It's time the courts recognize times have changed and not all women are victims. But in all types of courts women are treated differently. I know a guy who got caught doing drugs, he was given three years of probation, most men do jail time, the women seem to have to commit the offense repeatedly before being put in jail. Just ask Paris, Britney, and Lindsey so it's not the only court men are treated unfairly in, seems like sexual discrmination to me and I'm a female.
