Fraud, Perjury, endless contempts of court, child abuse, spousal abuse, financial abuse and neglect...family abuse, my ex husband, convicted felon paid off my last atty and walks off with all when he gets a magistrate judge AGAIN ( 2.5 year divorce proceeding) to do the final divorce hearing and decree, what a sham that was, that was NO DIVORCE COURT, attys. told to leave, than I was alone for the set up. He did everything and anything to get my daughters, home,assets, and most of my personal possessions, besides taking my retirement funds, my deceased first husbands possessions even...I was so traumatized I got BREAST CANCER during the years of legal and judicial abuse and neglect my immune system was so compromised...still homeless, childless, and penniless I stay with my caretaker. Thus, I am the " father on the out " and I REALLY understand what these males are expressing. My life was ruined and may always be...I could not begin to tell you even the Readers Digest Edition of my story of living and dying at the hands of a Jykll and Hyde. Fore, truly my heart has died a thousand deaths yet it beats another minute. Imagining a mind within further depths of agony and a soul more tortured than I... without my two baby daughters ...I basically abandoned...by one of evil ...as one would not even contemplate doing to their family dog... and if that was not horrific enough...the judge used his, my ex's miscalculated figures to calculate the financial split...which basically left a battered wife, who had been faithful and loyal ...even during the prison time he had...the judge asked Bruce and his " playing with unclean hands " atty. IF THEY NEED OR WANTED ANYTHING ELSE....as I pleaded for this " wedding judge " to listen to me...to the real story but after all my attys. chased off...no one asked me any questions. Thus, INJUSTICE WAS SERVED TRULY. The judge sentenced my death...destroyed my girls lives and mine. The govt. could never ever compensate me and my two daughters for what we have lost and what we still live with and live without day after day. We have no money for food, a home, anything...but somehow we go on...my youngest starts college...the older is lost as I feel I am. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is hard to live with just ask any abused woman or man who have experiences they should never had had... Sorry to go on...it is late...no revising...cancer fatigue and cognitive chemotherapy deficits takes their toll. Take care all.
