Fathers Rights Activist gets great news coverage

 Fox News 17

View the Fox News Channel Promo Video!  HB 4564 advocate, Robert Pedersen, is interviewed on his Runner-Up win in Best Life Magazine’s National Hero Dad Contest and the Equal Parenting Bike Trek

Both News 8 and Fox News Channel 17 interviewed Robert Pedersen recently.  Fox News Channel did an excellent promo video leading up to their newscast on Robert Pedersen.  View their video promo here! I am sure you will agree they did an outstanding job with this promo.  More videos to come soon!

It was excellent to hear that they exposed the fact that Michigan House Bill 4564 was being held up in Brenda Clack’s Family and Children Services Committee.  With all of the numerous benefits to Michigan’s families, parents and children why does this bill continue to be held hostage in this committee?  Don’t be fooled there is a ton of support for this bill.  Only those who profit from the destruction of traditional families and children will oppose this bill.  We have also started advertising in Brenda Clack’s and Ted Hammon’s Districts!

To date the media coverage has been incredible surrounding Robert’s Hero Dad win in a magazine with 3 million readers and also Robert’s and Robb MacKenzie’s Equal Parenting Bike Trek!

We just found out that when Robert Pedersen returns from the Equal Parenting Bike Trek that the Mayor of Battle Creek will be presenting Robert with an award along with other Battle Creek City Council members!  Robert was also recently recognized by Emmett Township and we will have that up soon on DaddyBlogger.com.  Before these two recognitions he received a letter of Congressional Recognition from U.S. Senator Stabenow and a congratulatory letter from First Gentleman Daniel Mulhern!  Congressman Tim Walberg also sent out a Press Release on Robert!  From our understanding Robert might also be recognized by Calhoun County!!

The media frenzy continues to grow and as Fox News 17 states in their promo this is starting to get national attention!!  View the complete list here!!

Please be sure to contact News Channel 3 and ask them to cover this incredible story!  desk@wwmt.com  and cyounkin@wwmt.com.  Also call them at 269-388-9968.  We have gotten some reports from people who have called that this story is currently being held up at the main Channel 3 office.  We are not sure what that exactly means.  So please help us now!

The map with all stops during the EQUAL Parenting Bike Trek will soon be up!

The national child support debt is in excess of 102,000,000,000 (billion) dollars and growing. Multiply that number times 50, ( that’s $50 dollars collected in matching federal dollars for every dollar collected in so-called child support according to Carol Rhodes) and you get the astronomical figure of 5,100,000,000,000 (Five Trillion One Hundred Billion) dollars.

What’s the old saying, “money talks – and bullshit walks” … or maybe in this case it rides a bike.

Doesn’t anyone wonder why this guy is getting attention? Most bike riding exhibitions are for charity. Is this a plea for charity, or are we demanding the equal protection of our laws?

If there is a “movement” in father’s/men’s rights, it’s the millions of good men who have refused to pay anymore of this extortion, not the handful of politically correct patsies, who will participate in this farce.

    Hello Kevin,
While your opinion is just that YOUR OPINION…We certainly welcome it because it shows the overall misguided thought patterns of the few people who like to talk and take absolutely no action. Or believe that the action that they are taking should be commended even though the results have been less than favorable.

While you spend time denouncing efforts of the activist, I caution you that there is a danger in your activism and that is that you may experience a severe case of Carpal Tunnel because it appears that the extent of your efforts is limited to your keyboard.

If you have nothing positive to add to this movement then do us all a favor and do some research and get involved in something worthwhile. There are however a few like yourself who stand only to criticize the efforts of men that not only make a statement, but will be the catalyst for change, you should find those of you with like minds and buy popcorn and maybe a beverage and watch TV on August 11th and 18th as we make this statement nationally.

-government agents entering the homes, demanding and examining private papers and personal effects, and seizing the property of citizens who are under no suspicion of legal wrongdoing

Most Americans want an end to the war in Iraq. Most would agree that the way to end the war is to cut off funding. Only one problem, no one wants to be perceived as the people responsible for demonstrating a lack of support for our troops.

I think most of us realize that cutting off the so-called child support would end this war on fathers and children, the only problem being that no one wants to be perceived as the people responsible for demonstrating a lack of support for their children.

God only knows how long the war in Iraq will continue. God only knows how many lives will be lost, because we wrongly equate the desire to end the bloodshed, with a lack of support for our troops.

How long are we going to allow this war on fathers and children to continue because we lack the courage and determination to cut off the funding?

No one should confuse child support with helping their children; it’s financing the war on fathers and children.

We should encourage people not to hire attorneys:

We need to organize people to vote. Here is a great idea from Indiana CRC:

I don’t think it does us any good to argue about who is doing more to bring about change. My perception of what needs to happen is different than yours. It will probably take a wide range of efforts. I think we need to stop paying, and I’m doing my best to strictly limit the amount I contribute to this extortion racket. If what Carol Rhodes said is true, (that each dollar collected brings in fifty in matching federal dollars) then I’ve denied these criminals over $5,000,000 from the feds, and I’m proud of that. Money is the motivation for everything these people do, and we need to stop paying the extortion.

When you read the list of crimes against U.S. Citizens compiled by Baskerville, it’s hard to believe that the best answer the so-called leadership can come up with is a bike ride. What will it take to wake these fools up to the reality that only committed non-compliance will bring about change?

These are very serious crimes being committed against innocent people. Very little these people do is legal. They are operating a kidnapping and extortion racket under the color of law.

Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law, 18 U.S.C. § 242. This provision makes it a crime for a person acting under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States.

For the purpose of Section 242, acts under “color of law” include acts not only done by federal, state, or local officials within the their lawful authority, but also acts done beyond the bounds of that official’s lawful authority, if the acts are done while the official is purporting to or pretending to act in the performance of his/her official duties. Persons acting under color of law within the meaning of this statute include police officers, prisons guards and other law enforcement officials, as well as judges, care providers in public health facilities, and others who are acting as public officials. It is not necessary that the crime be motivated by animus toward the race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin of the victim.

THE OFFENSE IS PUNISHABLE BY A RANGE OF IMPRISONMENT UP TO A LIFE TERM, OR THE DEATH PENALTY, DEPENDING UPON THE CIRCUMSTANCES OF THE CRIME, AND THE RESULTING INJURY, IF ANY.

Due to the fact that there are tens, if not hundreds of thousands of deaths, directly attributable to the abuse suffered at the hands of these criminals, the death penalty is likely warranted in every Family Court and Child Support Agency from coast to coast. No guarantee of immunity should be allowed to protect these criminals from the rule of law.
