Concerning Constitutional rights, well in a family court, you don't have any. No... it is not a conspiracy.. well not exactly anyway. You see there are three juridictions for " courts" in this country. And the old "courts" the real ones, don't handle family law. Tribunals operating under either equity or admiralty jurisdiction handle family law and they are not really courts by definition. Courts operate under common law and common law handles only criminal cases. And if you know anything at all about the legal system, you know that as a matter of fact, the common law system does not existe anymore. Every court, is in fact a Tribunal, operating under code, ie the Uniform Commercial Code. So, you don't have constitutional rights, those are used in courts and we don't have real courts anymore. Even in a criminal case, the tribunals operate under Admiraly juridiction ( ie the law of the sea on land) which has does handle both crimnal and civil matters. So even it does not have to obey the Constitution, it gives "civil rights" which are granted rights and the founding fathers did not want a government that could grant rights, they wanted a govenment of law, which had to obey the law and respect rights reguardless if they wanted to or not. That is what wrong with the family courts and the legal system as a whole. It has divorced itself, pardon the pun, from the constitution and the lawful requirements to abide by the limitations of that mold old document. They encourage “single females” to bear children for the money they can extort from “railroaded fathers” and “duped taxpayers” – knowing full well that the children born to these females stand very little chance at a good life. They know that the children of broken homes and single mother households will be the people who fill our prisons, mental hospitals, treatment centers, abortion clinics, welfare offices and courts. If any of them do get married, they will be the first in line for a divorce, continuing the cycle of violence in perpetuity. After all, isn’t that good news for the “scumbags” who make a living from this industry?
